Professor Sofia Paredes to speak at Spanish in the US/Spanish in Contact with Other Languages Conference

Spanish Professor, Sofia Paredes, is scheduled to speak at the Spanish in the US/Spanish in Contact with Other Languages Conference March 17-20th in Sacramento, California hosted by the University of California-Davis. Professor Paredes will be participating in a panel concerning Spanish heritage speakers, "LENGUA DE HERENCIA Y ESCRITURAS EN CONTACTO: MÚLTIPLES PERSPECTIVAS DEL DISCURSO ACADÉMICO" with professors from Utah State University and UC-Davis. She will also be moderating a panel on teacher education with professors from UC-Davis, Western Illinois University and New Jersey City University.
