The National Endowment of the Humanities announced that Jody Swilky, Professor of English, is a recipient of a highly competitive Summer Stipend.  The grant will support his research on a book-length project that expands upon an award-winning documentary, A Little Salsa on the Prairie (2007), which he wrote and co-produced.
